The base fabric is usually made of high-strength polyester, polyester and other long fiber fabrics. The surface is treated with vinyl chloride resin and chlorosulfonated polyethylene resin. The strength of a product mainly depends on the strength of the fiber material and the density of the fabric.

防水是防水布的一個(gè)重要特點(diǎn)。氯乙烯樹(shù)脂通過(guò)浸漬填充到織物結(jié)構(gòu)的縫隙中，形成薄膜。如果單位面積的樹(shù)脂附著力超過(guò)一定程度，耐水性不成問(wèn)題。如果薄膜較薄，在彎曲、摩擦或磨損時(shí)容易斷裂，可能會(huì)產(chǎn)生渾水。

Waterproofing is an important feature of waterproof cloth. Vinyl chloride resin is impregnated and filled into the gaps of the fabric structure to form a thin film. If the resin adhesion per unit area exceeds a certain level, water resistance is not a problem. If the film is thin, it is prone to breakage during bending, friction, or wear, and may produce muddy water.
